Description of the accommodation

In an exceptional area dependent on the Château de Bruc located in a quiet area, 2.5 km from the village of Guémené, 20 km from Redon (TGV station) and 60 km from Nantes and Rennes, the gîte du château is an old, independent house, renovated and furnished with quality.
Unfenced garden of 3000 m² with gravelled terrace (facing South), with swing, ping-pong, badminton net and ball/rackets. Parking in the property (awning).
Single storey: large living room/dining room, separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds), bathroom and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, baby equipment (bed/high chair/changing mat).
Included: sheets and towels. Not included: electricity, electric heating and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning package for professional customers (€65).
Don Valley 500 m away (kayaking, horse riding) and beaches 40 min away.
