On the ground floor there is also a small separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and storage space, with a window overlooking the residence's swimming pool; a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and towel dryer, separate WC.
The mezzanine is equipped with 2 single beds (2x90x190), a sofa bed (130x190), and storage space.

Located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, the Ayguades district is appreciated for its tranquillity, its lake, its local shops, its market and its long and wide sandy beaches.
Its lake offers the possibility of practising windsurfing and other water sports in complete safety, without fear of going too far out to sea (ideal for beginners). The residence l'Île Bleue with its collective swimming pool generally open from mid-June to mid-September welcomes you!
