The "Eden Park" residence is located on the Grazel beachfront. It is made up of pavilions and apartments around a communal swimming pool.

This beach house is composed on the ground floor of a living room with an air-conditioned two-seater sofa bed, a spacious equipped kitchen area, and a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Outside with garden furniture.
