A living room with convertible sofa, a cabin with two single 90cm bunk beds, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. A large terrace. Collective swimming pool open from May to September. Capacity for 4 people.

The residence is located on the port of Gruissan and has a collective swimming pool open in season. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and the pedestrian zone of the port are 20 m away. Grazel beach is 900 m away and Chalets beach is 1.2 km away.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
