It consists on the ground floor of a living room with television and fireplace, a separate equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...), a bathroom, a covered courtyard of 12m² with barbecue and a sunny courtyard.
On the first floor; a bedroom with a double bed in 160 cm, another bedroom with a double bed in 140 cm and an office area.
On the second floor: A large bedroom with a single bed in 90 cm and a large terrace sheltered from view.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room, the large bedroom and the office.

You have two parking spaces, one in front and one in the courtyard of the house. There is also a storeroom for storing bicycles, plenty of storage, double exposure.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
