The living room with fan has 2 sofas with coffee table, sideboard, HIFI (with AUX input), TV (French channels); access to the veranda which has been converted into a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment).
The terrace is equipped with an awning, table and chairs, charcoal barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

The access to the mezzanine is via a spiral staircase: it is equipped with a 140x190 bed, and a cupboard.

Located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, the Ayguades district is appreciated for its tranquillity, its lake, its local shops, its market and its long and wide sandy beaches.
