Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, Lantilly with 2 130 cm beds, Bussy with 1 160 cm bed, Fontenay with 3 90 cm beds and Alésia with 1 100 cm bed. Bathroom. WC. Central heating.

Terrace and enclosed garden 90 m² with large 'Weber' gas barbecue (+ €12 cleaning if necessary). Free access to the owner's 500 m² pleasure garden (vegetable garden and aromatic herbs). Covered shelter. Parking: 3 parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed.

4 km away: Le Nid à la Caille lake: beach, supervised swimming, games. Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal.
