Behind its blue shutters, its Adour pebble façade, the Setem house is ready to welcome you for a relaxing stay in a rural setting. Here, you will enjoy the enclosed garden. You will surely make friends with Caramel, the house's Gordon setter! If you are a spa guest, a preferential rate will be offered to you. Located in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the center of the town, the Setem house, an old Adour pebble farm, invites you to calm and relax on its enclosed flowery grounds. Adjoining the owner, offering open kitchen on living room, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 90) + mezzanine (1 bed 90), shower room, separate toilet. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
