The balcony equipped with a blind is an invitation to relax outdoors. 300m from a pretty beach and close to shops (grocery store/bread store 50m away), it is located on the 2nd floor of a private residence with elevator and private parking space. It consists of an entrance, a large living room with a convertible sofa opening onto the balcony, a kitchen area (fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed of 140, a bathroom (shower + washing machine). Our animal freinds are not admitted.
