"Séjour au grand air dans un appartement confortable. Accueil souriant. L&#39,appartement, mansardé, se trouve au sommet d&#39,une &quot,méchante&quot, bâtisse de caserne historique toute proche de la Pointe du Roc, on y accède par un noble escalier de granite (ascenseur). Il a fait l&#39,objet d&#39,un aménagement de qualité et de charme. Il est très bien équipé. Le livret d&#39,accueil préparé par le propriétaire est très documenté."

Appartement très agréable, calme, très bien équipé et joliment décoré avec de nombreux détails qui montre l'attention du propriétaire pour son logement. Idéal pour 2 personnes.Situé dans la vieille ville à proximité du Roc et du phare. Super pour des ballades à toutes heures.Parking facile en bas de l'immeuble. Wifi inclus. Ménage en supplément. L'appartement est géré par une agence immobilière locale : Poplidays ne fait que transmettre et vous indiquer qu'il faut contacter l'agence locale ... aucune plus value. Du coup, la communication, l'attention, la personnalisation et la flexibilité que l'on peut avoir avec un particulier en direct ne sont évidement PAS du tout au rendez vous. A vous de vous soumettre aux desiderata de l'agence....ou pas ! En ce qui me concerne je n'apprécie pas.Dommage l'appart est vraiment sympa.
