Beautiful apartment with a splendid sea view. The balcony equipped with a blind is an invitation to relax outdoors. 300m from a pretty beach and 15 minutes walk from the shops, it is located on the 2nd floor of a private residence with elevator and private parking space. It consists of an entrance, a large living room with sofa bed opening onto the balcony, a kitchen area (fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed of 140, a bathroom (shower + washing machine). Our animal friends are not allowed.

Hervorragende Lage mit Abstrichen Die Lage des App.mit direkter Aussicht aufs Meer ist hervorragend, die Ruhe innerhalb des Hauses, der Aufzug, die fußläufige Entfernung zum Meer und die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt ohne Fahrzeug. Die Beleuchtung innerhalb der Wohnung gut. Das Bett bietet eine erholsame Nacht.
