Studio located on the 5th floor with a balcony. Surface area of 30 m2. View of the slopes and the Valentin platform. In the living room, you will find a flat screen TV, a 140cm folding bed, a BZ sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, 3 induction hobs and everything you need to cook. At the entrance, there is an alcove with a bunk bed for 2 people. You will also have a renovated bathroom with a shower, a sink, a mirror and a towel dryer. The toilets are separate.

Access to the central terrace of the Valentin esplanade will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane. As a result, the Valentin residences no longer have direct access to the ski slopes, mandatory bypass. Access by stairs, distance from the slopes 150 meters.
