Located on the Tours route of the Way of Saint Jacques de Compostelle, you will have the opportunity to take beautiful walks in the Landes pine forest, on marked paths. A nice getaway to experience with family or friends, for a weekend, a week or your spa treatment. La Caminade, a pretty functional gîte adjoining the owner's unoccupied garage, offers a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom, separate toilet. Enclosed garden (80m²) and private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large open land. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, wifi internet, reversible air conditioning in the living room and hallway. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
