Recharge your batteries in this farm building, charmingly furnished and nestled in a green setting within a wooded park (2.7ha). Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room with dining room, fireplace with large hearth, pellet stove. Enjoy a large, bright living room, open to the outside with its large bay windows overlooking the garden. "Cozy" and "warm" atmosphere, floor with beautiful tiles and parquet, French ceiling. 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm), a separate toilet, a storage space.
Floor: 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, 2 of which have a 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 x 200 cm beds. The latter has reversible air conditioning. Electric heating upstairs and pellet heating available from the owner if necessary (price depending on the market) on the ground floor.
Covered terrace where you can relax or have meals in fine weather. Relax in the adjoining private garden (2500m2). Gas plancha. And for the little ones, enjoy a swing in the gîte's private garden.
THE ADVANTAGES OF THE GITE: Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Wood included for the fireplace. 1 small animal may be accepted on request from the owners. Heating and electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
