Recharge your batteries in this charmingly furnished farmhouse nestled in a green setting in a wooded park (2.7 ha). Ground floor: a fitted kitchen, a living room with dining room, fireplace with large hearth, pellet stove. Enjoy a large, bright living room, open to the outside with its large bay windows overlooking the garden. "Cozy" and "warm" atmosphere, floor with beautiful terracotta tiles and parquet, French ceiling. 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm), a separate toilet, a storage space. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with its own private shower room and toilet, including 2 equipped with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm that can be joined. The latter has reversible air conditioning. Electric heating upstairs and pellet heating available from the owner if needed (prices depending on the market) on the ground floor.
Covered terrace where you can relax or have meals in fine weather. Relax in the adjoining and private garden (2500m2). Gas plancha. And for the little ones, enjoy a portico in the private garden of the cottage.
