It benefits from an unfenced plot of 1500m² with an old bread oven, with private parking and a storage room for bicycles and motorcycles. You will also have a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen area, living room with fireplace with stove (free wood), flat screen TV and internet access, lounge with access to the terrace, a bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a dressing room, a bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 and a separate toilet. You will also have a bathroom and a spare toilet in the basement. The beds will be made on your arrival and towels will be provided. Heating and hot water production by heat pump included. Prices all charges included. Cleaning deposit 70€. A cat or dog under 15 kg accepted.
