The cottage offers a spacious equipped kitchen, a warm living room with wood stove (wood provided), lounge, dining area, bar and direct access to the terrace and garden. Night side: a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with patio/terrace (deckchair + garden furniture), a twin bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. You will also have a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink and a separate toilet. Outside: you will enjoy a wooden terrace, a private courtyard and garden area with beautiful landscaping. Enclosed and secure parking. From June to September, you will enjoy an indoor swimming pool shared with the owner (16m x 5m), heated to 28 degrees (access from 9am to 9pm) with aquabike, counter-current swimming and an outdoor spa (supplement of €75 for the stay). Heating, electricity, wood and air conditioning are included in the price. Beds will be made on arrival, towels and household linen are included. Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, the Bivouac is a single-storey cottage adjoining the owners' second home and offering all the comforts to ensure you have a pleasant stay and the guarantee of an incredible change of scenery. The view of Lake Orient and the immediate proximity to the beach will be a real asset. Beach 500 meters away, 28km cycle path at the foot of the cottage, possibility of making other circuits by bike, rental of bicycles, scooters, paddles, fishing equipment and mini golf on site, catering on the beach.
