Arranged on a raised ground floor (2 steps), the cottage consists of a living room, a kitchen open to the living room (ceramic hob, new furniture), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a bathroom (shower) and separate toilets. A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchair allows you to enjoy the green spaces (orchard and lawn of 1500 m2), enclosed and shared by both cottages. Parking is private. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the cottage, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the cottage - 4 adult bikes + baby carrier available subject to availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild banks of the lake (300 m), or go to Troyes to discover the medieval city (25 min), or finally to Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min). Géraudot, known for its swimming areas and its 16th century Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul parish church, is a village located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, and a stone's throw from the lake. Le Logis du Charron is a half-timbered Champagne house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G106), with a completely independent entrance.
