You can reach the lake on foot in a few minutes and easily access all the amenities of the city center, restaurants, shops... The shuttle serving the Mauselaine ski slopes stops at the foot of the building. Altitude 670 meters.
Fantastic Film Festival in Gérardmer in January, Daffodil Festival in April every 2 years.
Lake 500 meters away: water activities in summer, casino, cinema, numerous hiking trails. Apartment located near the city center, on the 3rd floor of a completely renovated building. 1 bedroom with TV (1 double bed). Equipped kitchen open to living room with TV. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilets. Floor heating. Terrace with garden furniture. Cellar in the basement (can accommodate 2 bicycles). Building without elevator, secure entrance. Charges not included (electricity). No private parking space.
Option to rent bed sheets for 2 people / 1 person & Bathroom linen (2 gloves, 1 towel, 1 bath towel per person) and the cleaning option at 45€, on request from Mrs FERRY, the agent, when taking of contact.

Manque un étendoir pour le linge, un paillasson et un minimum de produits d'hygiène (papier toilette par exemple).N'est pas compris dans le montant l'électricité à payer à la fin du séjour.
