Description of the accommodation

Take advantage of this pretty house with sauna and south-facing terrace to recharge your batteries and get together with family or friends. A few minutes from the town center of Gérardmer, and 5 minutes by car from the lake. On level 0: Large, very bright living room opening onto a large south-facing terrace: sofas, garden furniture, TV, wood stove, reading, games...
Fully equipped kitchen: appliances and dishes.
On level -1: two large bedrooms: the orange bedroom with its 160 cm bed, private bathroom and TV, the blue bedroom with a choice of a large bed or two single beds, TV, a large bathroom.
On level + 1: small attic sleeping area for the enjoyment of children, not included in the accommodation capacity because of the low ceiling and beds on the floor. NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS. TV, DVD.

Pets accepted in compliance with hygiene rules (must not lie on beds or sofas): €20 per animal for the stay.

Heating not included, to be paid according to consumption at the end of the stay.

End of stay cleaning costs €100, to be paid on site to the owners.
