Ideal for cross-country skiing (slopes 500 m away). On the ground floor: shared entrance (digital code) to the 2 gîtes with ski lockers. Grocery store and doctor 2.5 km away. Gîte in an old renovated farmhouse. Ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, baby bed). Living room, kitchen area, fireplace with insert. Shower room. WC. Shared washing machine. Oil central heating. Land. Charges included. The house has 2 gîtes.
