Located in the heart of a residence, gîte on the 1st and 2nd floor of a chalet comprising 4 independent apartments.

From the balcony, you will have a bird's eye view of the lake, easily accessible on foot (200 m).

The city center (800 m) offers all amenities.

The Mauselaine station, served by shuttles, is 3 km away.

Near Alsace (about 1 hour from Colmar via the Col de la Schlucht). The cottage is laid out on two levels. Southern exposure with lake view.

At the first level, it includes

- a bathroom with WC.

On the second level: two sleeping areas in the attic with 2 90 cm beds and 1 140/200 cm bed (sheets not provided).
