Located 10 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois, this detached 1970s house has been tastefully renovated. The raised ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed), a shower room, and a separate WC. A cot and high chair are available. There is a small enclosed garden surrounding the house. Opposite the cottage (a quiet road to cross) is a large, unfenced area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. Parking is available. Bicycle storage is provided in the garage.

The owner also offers, upon request, beauty treatments and reflexology sessions (to be booked and paid for directly on site).
