Description of the accommodation

In Berry, 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, a warm Berry house that retains the rustic charm of the countryside. Calm, rest, walks and relaxation thanks to the games room (table football and ping-pong). Benjamin RABIER discovery trail. On the ground floor: common room (fitted kitchen, dining room/lounge, TV) - toilet - shower room.
Upstairs: bathroom - toilet - 5 bedrooms (2 120 cm beds, 3 double beds, 2 single beds).

Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and free wood.
Courtyard and enclosed garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, swing, sandbox, barbecue). Carport. Parking.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: sheets €12 double bed, €10 single bed, towels €7 per person. Cleaning fee of €65, charged obligatorily for business stays, as well as sheets €12 per pair.

Gîte equipped with a septic tank, preferably do not use bleach.
(use disinfectant products meeting the EN14476 or EN13697 standards). Provision for charges: €18 per day.

"Ne ratez pas ça !!! Joli petit village, superbe maison de campagne à l’ancienne, bel accueil, hôte super sympathique… Un peu éloigné des commerces mais c’est le prix de la tranquillité ! Nous y retournerons ! Belle salle de jeux, jardin terrasse, barbecue…. La classe!!! Très confortable."

Je fais un commentaire pour Yvette la propriétaire des lieux qui nous a accueilli. C’est une super hôte très sympathique. Sa maison typique du charme de l’ancien est très saine et agréable pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Une cheminée qui crépite c’est le bonheur. Le jardin et la salle de jeux tout est fait pour ne jamais s’ennuyer. Yvette est vraiment aux petits soins avec les locataires si besoin de conseils ou de produits locaux elle vous informera. Un grand merci pour sa gentillesse et son accueil j’espère que ce gîte perdurera.
