Private garden of approximately 500m², not enclosed, with access to the 18 ha of the park, outbuildings. Private parking. Possibility of also renting the gîte 58G1037 for a total of 9 people. Near the Settons, Chaumeçon and Pannecière lakes, canoeing on the Chalaux and the spiritual and cultural sites of Vézelay (Basilica listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), La Pierre qui Vire and its Abbey, Bazoches (Vauban's residence), Bibracte and its European Archaeological Centre.
