Local craftsmen let you enjoy their wealth with a restaurant and a craftsman cutler at the Neuville lock. Located in an agricultural area.
Close to Laval and Château-Gontier. The +: crossing of the river by boat by the owner (on request) for lunch or dinner at the restaurant on the other bank!
Note: the house is located on the other bank of the towpath. Possibility to cross by boat with the owner on request .... except during the ecouurues on the Mayenne from September to November 2024.
