Surrounded by meadows, the property includes the cottage with its large unfenced plot of land (2700 m²) and its private terrace (26 m²), set up at the end of an old local farm in which the owners' second home is located as well as an adjoining cottage not overlooked.

Nearby: Les Estables 7 km away (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier 12 km away (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services). The ground floor has a warm living room-kitchen (TV, DVD player, sofa convertible into a 180 bed) opening onto a paved terrace at the back and a toilet.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
