An independent bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and TV. A bathroom with Italian shower 120x120cm. Separate WC with hand basin. A bedroom (a few steps), with a 160x200cm bed, with access to the private terrace from the bedroom. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and fridge-freezer. Parking in the secure courtyard for 2 vehicles. Shared courtyard with the second gîte and the owners. ALL-INCLUSIVE cottage (energy charges, bathroom linen, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning).
