Nous avons adoré l’appartement qui est très grand et bien aménagé.Par contre la communication c’est autre chose. L’agence Foncia devrait être plus attentif aux aux demandes et remarques du client. On a eu beaucoup de mal à avoir l’agence car nous sommes rentré dans l’appartement à 18h le samedi (impossible de les avoir au téléphone) et dimanche pareil agence fermé. Donc nous avons laisser un mot dans la boîte au lettre avec toutes nos explications sauf que nous n’avons eu aucun retour dessus.Nous sommes rentré dans l’appartement où nous avons trouvé les alèses et draps de l’ancien locataire dans l’armoire et le four très sale. A ce demander si quelqu’un est passé pour le nettoyage après. Nous avons du faire le ménage en rentrant dans l’appartement et en sortant. C’est vraiment un point négatif pour l’agence et pour l’agence de nettoyage surtout. On est en plein Covid et il faudrait être plus patient et précis sur le ménage. En tout cas on sera ravis de revenir car l’appartement et l’emplacement est GÉNIAL!???? Mais je serais plus exigeantes sur la propreté
