Located in the heart of Berry, between the Château de Valençay, the Beauval Zoo, the Brenne Regional Natural Park and the Châteaux de la Loire, this charming old farm offers you a green setting for a pleasant holiday with a panoramic view of the Berry countryside.

Take advantage of the many amenities available to make your stay even more enjoyable, including a pétanque court, a swing with slide, a ping-pong table and a trampoline to entertain the children. This house offers a private terrace and a large enclosed garden shared with another gîte, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room including an equipped kitchen, a lounge and a dining area, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom/WC with shower.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed, as well as a toilet with hand basin.

Heating is electric and consumption is billed separately depending on usage.

The house also has a private terrace and a large shared plot of land.

For professionals, bed linen is obligatory at the rate of €12.00 per person per stay. For stays longer than 15 days, a change of sheets can be made for an additional fee of €12.00 per person.
A mandatory cleaning service is also available for professionals at a rate of €35.
