Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen (pellet stove, stereo), 1 bedroom with PRM accessible shower room (1 double bed), toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, shower room) (1 double bed) (2 single beds), relaxation area on mezzanine, shower room, toilet. Tumble dryer. Wifi. Private landscaped grounds of 300 m², covered terrace of 90 m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Bicycles available, children's games, table football, ping-pong table, pétanque court. Sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels provided.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating: general heating meter reading (deduction made of 8kWh per day for current consumption).
