Located just opposite the church in the town centre of the small town, this former 19th century presbytery invites you to peace and quiet. Here, you will fully enjoy the countryside in the heart of the village and its shaded square. This cottage is ideal for a stay with friends or family in the centre of France. When you enter the cottage, discover the living room with its pellet stove for fires in season. The equipped kitchen will give you the opportunity to prepare meals in a friendly atmosphere. On the ground floor: a bedroom with PMR access and its office area (on one level, 160x200cm bed) with bathroom (shower). A separate toilet is under the stairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. A locked outbuilding with a ping pong table is at your disposal. 800m from the Bouble gorges for fishing (2nd category river), for hiking, 700m from the Saint Pourçain vineyard. Heating and electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site, at the end of the stay.
