Very pleasant villa, spacious, in excellent condition, all comfort, for 6 people, located 10 minutes from the sea, comprising on the ground floor: large living room, fully fitted open kitchen, 1 bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room, storeroom and very large garage. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, shower room, WC. Terrace, large fully enclosed garden. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine... Bed: 1 x 160 + 4 x 90. Leisure equipment: TV, wifi, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair, awning... Vehicle access. Surface area: 140 m². NEARBY: 800 m from the city center, beach 800 m. Bus station 1.5 km and SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal spa 15 min. Located 450 m from the south beach and the city center, 600 m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée on s y sent très bien et est idéalement placée.Les personnes de l agence pour récupérer les clés sont vraiment très sympathiques.Bref que du bonheur
