Located in a residence facing the main beach, beautiful apartment for 4 people, on the 3rd floor with elevator. It includes a beautiful living room with full sea view and kitchenette, 1 bedroom including one with full sea view, bathroom, separate toilet. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker... Bedding: 1 x 140, 2 x 90 bunk beds. Comfort elements: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... Surface area: 39 m². NEARBY: Facing the main beach, 150m from the pedestrian street and all shops. Bus station: 250m, SNCF train station: 6.3km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO PAY on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
