Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, built-in barbecue. Surface area: 64 m². NEARBY: Located 500 m from the city centre and shops, 100 m from the North beach. Bus station 300 m away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min away. Located 450 m from the south beach and the city centre 600 m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €400 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
