Located in a very quiet residential area, a few steps from the North beach comprising: fitted kitchen, pantry/veranda, living room, 3 bedrooms (one bedroom serving the other 2), shower room, WC. Courtyard. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, coffee maker, dishwasher... Bedding: one 160 x 200 bed, one 140 x 200 bed and one 120 bed. Enclosed courtyard. Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, built-in barbecue. Surface area: 64 m². NEARBY: Located 500 m from the town center and shops, 100 m from the North beach. Bus station 300 m and SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal spa 15 min. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €400 security deposit for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pets €30 per stay + a €100 security deposit.
