Located on the seafront, single-storey fisherman's house facing the South beach, comprising kitchen-dining room, 3 bedrooms with sea view, in a row, shower room-WC. Small courtyard at the back. Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker... Bedding: two 140 cm beds and one 90 cm bed. Leisure equipment: flat screen TV, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Surface area: 55 m². NEARBY: Facing the South beach, 200 m from the town centre and all shops. Large beach and restaurants 200 m away. Bus station 500 m away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min away. TO BE PAID on arrival: €500 security deposit for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
