Point positif : une très belle vue, un très bon emplacement et la taille de l'appartement est très correcte. Point négatif : quelques petits travaux d'aménagement seraient appréciés (sanitaires, portes, éclairage). Les équipements sont bien dans l'ensemble (TV, box, gros électroménager) mais quelques améliorations sont possibles (vaisselles, grille pain, cuisinière, bouilloire etc...). Le rapport qualité / prix n'en serait qu'amélioré.

Appartement très bien situé en face de la mer.Pour le rendre plus attrayant une rénovation serait la bienvenue et meubles vieillissants à changer ce qui le rendrait plus agréable encore.Bon séjour tout de même.
