Near the Eure and the ponds, a completely independent pavilion with a private shaded garden welcomes you in a pretty village south of Chartres. Fishing, walking, horse riding, cycling and many other activities await you in the surrounding area.

Detached house (140 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a village, comprising:

On the ground floor:
Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, classic and Senséo coffee maker, toaster etc.....
Living room/dining room (29 m²) with TV, telephone and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (cot, high chair and bathtub available)
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90
Bathroom with washing machine, separate WC

Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140
2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90
Living room with TV
Shower room/WC Enclosed garden (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

From Paris: take the N10 to Chartres or the A10 motorway, Chartres exit. Take the ring road towards Le Mans. At the 4th roundabout take direction Illiers, Brou, Fontenay-sur-Eure departmental 921. At the 2nd roundabout decorated with a wooden bridge take direction Fontenay-sur-Eure. You enter the village and continue to the lowered roundabout. The cottage is in front of you.

Séjour très agréable avec des hôtes sympathiques et disponibles. La maison et les alentours sont conformes aux descriptions.

Cette maison est très agréable, situé si près de Chartres qu'on s'y croirait. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée et les hôtes super serviables.
