Gîte with swimming pool (9x4.50m) unheated to share with the owners. On the ground floor: A fitted and equipped kitchen (vitro hob, Malungo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker), WC, a living room, a laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher (access via the living room).
On the 1st floor: A first bedroom with 1 bed 120x190, a second bedroom with a bed 140x190 and a 3rd with a bed 140x190. The 3 bedrooms have their own adjoining shower room. Outside: Courtyard and private garden, 1 table with chairs, a barbecue. Access to the swimming pool located in the owners' garden is via the street about 30m away. A garage for bicycles or motorbikes. Non-smoking accommodation. Small pets accepted after agreement with the owners. WIFI.
Bus line 200m towards Tours. POOL OPENING: from June to the end of September. Fondettes is the ideal base from which to explore the wonders of the Loire Valley. The historic city of Tours, with its picturesque streets, lively markets and historical monuments, is only a few kilometers away.
