Description of the accommodation

Stone country house very isolated in a forest, independent and arranged on 3 levels.
Ground floor: dining room - living room with old flagstones, fireplace and piano. Kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90. Shower room, toilet. Floor 1: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, the 2nd with 1 bed 140. Bathroom with toilet. The 2nd floor is a recently created wooden extension with 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160 and the other with 2 beds 90) and shower room with toilet. Large plot on 10 ha of private forest.
DVD player and small hifi system. Due to its isolation, the cottage is supplied with drinking water by a well with water purifier. Meadow of 20 ares with electric fence for horses.
Fouché Pond 5 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, children's games, pedal boats. Beaune 28 km away. Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, changing mat and safety barrier.
Wood included. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Charges and supplements (cannot be booked online - directly with the owner): Sheets: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €90. Bathroom linen: €5 for the stay per person. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included).

In Arnay le Duc, take the N6 towards Lyon, for 2 km, then left towards Beaune / Bligny sur Ouche. Pass Sivry then Sasoge, go 2 km and at the Foissy crossroads (on the right) turn left, follow the signs for Moulin des Bois for 2 km. You are there! Be careful with the GPS which could indicate access via the Bise farm in the commune of Culètre because the path is impassable!
