Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (not closed) with a double bed 160x200cm and a single bed 90x190cm, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190cm (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old).
Reversible air conditioning and pellet stove.

30m² tiled terrace, 120m² private garden not overlooked, garden furniture, barbecue. 2 private parking spaces in front of the cottage (street side). Possibility of enclosed and secure parking in the owner's courtyard (on request).
