Located 50m from the beach and 300m from the nearest shops, in the Embruns district, the Maison de la Mer residence consists of four three-story buildings.

This vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without an elevator) and features a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a television (subject to good reception), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and toilet.
