Located 50 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the nearest shops, in the Embruns district, the Maison de la Mer residence comprises four 3-story buildings.

This vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a television (subject to good reception), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, and a shower room with toilet.
