Residence in a pleasant and quiet setting close to shops and the beach, this pavilion is composed of a main room with convertible sofa for 2 people, television and equipped kitchen area: hotplates, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, senseo coffee maker + filter, kettle, toaster.
The living room leads to a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. A veranda with dining area, a single bed and a terrace. Private parking and air conditioning.

The residence is located at the bottom of Saint Pierre La Mer, 800 m from the beach and around 900 m from shops, restaurants, funfair.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it at an additional cost in advance and collect it when you receive the keys (double bed kit/single bed kit/towel kit: with a large and a small towel).
