Description of the accommodation

Detached house, located in the original district of Saint Pierre la Mer, is close to the beach and shops while being quiet.
This holiday home rental includes a living room with sofa bed and television (subject to good reception), an equipped kitchen area. The night area, air-conditioned, includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with WC.
The advantages of this rental by the sea: beautiful exterior with garden furniture, in the center of the resort and on one level.
End of stay cleaning included.
Sheets and towels not provided, possibility to reserve them by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.
Optional services, to be reserved 10 days in advance, and to be paid on site:
Rental of sheets, towels, tea towel and bath mat.
Rental of wifi BOX.
Animals are accepted subject to a flat rate to be paid on arrival at the agency

Logement très sympa avec tout le confort pour une location de vacances. Il y a un petit espace extérieur agréable qui permets de profiter de son séjour en cas de météo capricieuse. À noter que la maison est dans un quartier calme mais entourée d'autres maisons dont une mitoyenne. La clim, présente dans les 2 chambres est un vrai plus, elles peuvent refroidir toute la maison. Convient à une famille de 4 personnes voire 5 car il y a un canapé lit dans le salon. Plage à 5/10min à pieds et stationnement possible proche de la maison (pas de place privée)
