The cottage is ideally located, 100m from the port and 300m from the beach: you can access all the shops, restaurants and beach without needing a car.
This house on 2 floors has a small private courtyard of 20m² (garden furniture, barbecue, no lawn). Free parking along the street and parking 200m away.
