Looking for peace and quiet for your vacation, rest and relaxation, stop here in Fargues, a small village in Chalosse-Tursan between St Sever and Grenade sur Adour. The Juine gîte, surrounded by corn fields, is adjoining the owner, not overlooked. It offers you: - a spacious living room with equipped and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 3 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave), living room with TV corner and 3 sofas, living room with dining table
- The sleeping area offers 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140 and 1 bed in 160), - a bathroom with Italian shower, - separate toilet. You have a garage housing the washing machine, with the possibility of bringing in a vehicle. Courtyard with stones, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Corn cultivation around the cottage, with possible passage by the owner on the bottom of the land. Oak tree on the ground, access to the gîte via stony path. A child or teenager on a convertible accepted.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
