This charming Landes Chalosse region with its hilly landscape offers you authenticity and sharing of true values, the locals welcome you and help you discover their heritage, their gastronomy, their tradition in all simplicity. From the south-facing terrace of the Gîte des Granges, you will see the swimming pool, to be shared with the owners, which will allow you to enjoy a wellness and relaxation break. If you are a fan of a loft with only one room, then opt for this open-plan gîte with no dividing wall between the fitted kitchen (electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), bedroom area (1 bed in 140 with curtain), living room with convertible BZ (bed in 140), TV corner (flat screen TV, wifi internet). To get to the toilets, you will go down the stairs, bathroom with shower tray, separate toilet. You will therefore enjoy a garden, a covered awning with terrace and garden furniture, with barbecue. The swimming pool of 7mx3.50, depth of 1.10 to 1.60 m, secured by a tarpaulin with bars can be used from June to September depending on the weather, with deckchairs. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
