The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, extremely quiet, 10 minutes by foot to Evian’s tennis club, horse-riding club, the Royal Hotel resort and funicular to downtown Evian. Just 1 km from the beaches and activities of Lake Geneva. Excellent hiking nearby.
