Very cosy and well decorated flat on the ground floor of a small building in a quiet neighborhood just outside Evian centre. The town centre is a 20 minute walk away.
The main room consists of a completely renovated open kitchen (washing machine, iron, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine), a dining table and a lounge area with a sofa-bed and TV. The lounge area (which has a lake facing window) can be closed off by a sliding partition to turn it into a bedroom for a bit more privacy.
This main room opens onto a large terrace (with outside furniture : large table and chairs) and garden.
The bedroom is South facing and has lots of storage space and a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and sink. WC is separate.
2 parking spaces are reserved for this flat in the outdoor carpark, just opposite the front door.
