Gîte of 97 m² easy to access and 10 minutes from Montbrison. Living room with authentic stove, large kitchen with direct access to a 10 m² terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 mezzanine with 1 140 cm bed and 1 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds), bathroom with double sink and large shower , central heating. Shared courtyard with the owner of 50 m². Small animal accepted with the agreement of the owners. This cottage retains the character of the house, the renovation is of high quality, with lots of stone, wood (very beautiful beams, floor, furniture made by the owner carpenter). The cottage is pleasant and bright due to its large volumes.
